Conditions of registration: minimum 8/10 classes (compulsory education depending on the year of graduation and the education cycle at that time).
Duration: 6 months

MODULE 1: Manufacturing, storage, transport and selling food services.
Content:
- Potential human health risks in relation to food quality;
- Acquiring theoretical and practical concepts of hygiene in the production, sales and storage food units and concepts of transportation means hygiene;
- Acquiring theoretical and practical concepts of the protection of hired personnel;
- Specific health legislation.
LEVELS OF TRAINING:
Level I: TARGET PERSONNEL: managers, heads of department, quality assurance managers, etc., from the food-profile units (production, selling, storage, transportation). Duration: 22 hours
Level II: TARGET PERSONNEL: food industry operators and retailers by type of activity (milk and diary products, meat and meat products, fish, bread and bakery products, sugar and sugar products etc.) Duration: 22 hours
Level III: TARGET PERSONNEL: caring personnel from the food services Duration: 18 hours
Conditions of registration: minimum 6-8 classes
MODULE 2: Cleaning services in healthcare facilities, local children and youth communities, accommodation (hotels, motels, cottages etc.)
TARGET PERSONNEL: caring personnel from healthcare service units, local children and youth communities, accommodation. Duration: 12 hours
Content:
- Acquire the theoretical and practical concepts of germs transmission and multiplication prevention in healthcare service units;
- Acquire theoretical and practical concepts of nosocomial infections prevention;
- Acquire the theoretical and practical concepts of providing a risk-free environment for staff, patients and other categories.
Conditions of registration: minimum 6 - 8 classes
MODULE3: Production and distribution of drinking water, including bottled drinking water.
Content:
- Theoretical concepts of human health risks in relation to drinking water quality;
- Theoretical and practical concepts of hygiene requirements for production, bottling, transportation, storage, distribution units and hygiene of materials and reagents in contact with water;
- Theoretical and practical concepts of the hired personnel protection;
- Specific health legislation.
LEVELS OF TRAINING:
Level I: TARGET PERSONNEL: managers, heads of department, quality assurance managers, etc., from the production and distribution of drinking water (including bottled water) units. Duration: 15 hours
Level II: TARGET PERSONNEL: operators from the production and distribution of drinking water (including bottled water) units. Duration: 15 hours
Level III: TARGET PERSONNEL: maintenance personnel from the production and distribution of drinking water (including bottled water) units. Duration: 12 hours
Conditions of registration: minimum 6 - 8 classes
MODULE 4: Body care services
TARGET PERSONNEL: body care personnel Duration: 13 hours
Content:
- General concepts of service providers units classification;
- Hygiene requirements for service providers units operation;
- Concepts of health risk in relation to the service providers units conditions;
- Concepts of personal hygiene;
- The correct use of substances used in disinfection, cleaning and disinfecting
Conditions of registration: minimum 6 - 8 classes
MODULE 5: Service type disinfection, pest control and deratization.
TARGET PERSONNEL: disinfection, pest control and deratization services personnel Duration: 17 hours
Content:
- Importance of these services to ensure an free risk health environment;
- Applying proper cleaning services techniques;
- Concepts regarding healthcare units’ personnel: features of these activities in the specific units and legislative issues.
Conditions of registration: minimum 6 - 8 classes.
